Cancellation Policy

Here at Beautiful Angels we are pleased to say appointments are in very high demand and it is important to us that we aim to accommodate all our clients. To achieve this, we abide by a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for every appointment made.

Please give us 24 hours notice if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment allowing us to offer you a more convenient appointment time & to ensure you avoid a cancellation fee.

If the salon is not open please send an email or leave a voicemail message as these will be picked up first thing in the morning when we open.

Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a course item.
No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings.
This cancellation fee will need to be paid before booking another appointment.

Please also note for block bookings of more than an hours treatment on the same day we may ask for advanced payment which will be refunded if 24 hours or more notice is given to cancel the appointment.

Treatment Course Policy

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Treatment courses & pre paid treatments are non-refundable & non-transferable between clients.

Pre-Authorisation Payment Policy

Here at Beautiful Angels it is important to us that we aim to accommodate all our clients.

To secure your appointment, we will place a pre-authorisation hold on your payment card. This hold is not an actual charge but a temporary reservation of funds by your bank to ensure availability for your scheduled service. The held amount cannot be spent, though it remains in your account. Please be aware that the appearance of this hold may vary depending on your bank’s online banking or app interface.

After Your Appointment:

  • Upon completion of your appointment, any applicable charges will be processed, and the payment will be completed.

  • If no further action is required, the pre-authorisation hold will be released.

Cancellations:

  • If you cancel your appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled, and your bank will release the held funds automatically, typically within 10 days of cancellation.

  • For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, your card may be charged as per our cancellation policy.

This policy ensures a seamless booking experience while protecting both your time and our availability.
