Beautiful Angels is a large, friendly, well-established beauty and wellbeing salon in South Ascot, with a reputation for individual service and quality treatments.
Established for over 20 years with over 100 5-star ratings on Google, we are Ascot’s leading salon by far.
The salon has 10 treatment areas including luxury, boutique treatment rooms, pedi spas and nail stations. All areas of the salon are fully air-conditioned including the large, dedicated staff room.
We provide many leading treatments including – Guinot, Caci, HydraFacial, IPL, LPG, St Tropez, LVL, Shellac, BIAB and BioSculpture. We also provide a full range of beauty treatments including waxing, lash extensions, brows, etc.

ABOUT THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE
Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient
environment for clients.
You’ll be the first point of contact, responsible for
greeting clients both in person and over the phone with warmth and
professionalism.
Your duties include managing appointments using software
like Phorest, though training will be provided if needed. While prior
experience in beauty is beneficial, it’s not required.
What is crucial is your ability to maintain a friendly
demeanour, even in busy moments, and to ensure clients feel valued and cared
for throughout their experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a welcoming receptionist who excels at
client care, both in-person and over the phone. Tech proficiency with Outlook
and Word is necessary, and experience with Phorest is preferred (full training
will be given).
A customer-focused mindset is key, along with strong
communication skills for a positive experience all around.
Having knowledge and an interest in beauty would be an
advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will deliver the highest quality treatments and aftercare advice for clients, as well as promote the salon and our services.
Beauty Therapist responsibilities will include waxing (including intimate, women only), massages, facials and tinting.
Nail Technician responsibilities will include manicures and pedicures including gels.
Nail repairs and rebuilds
Application, removal or touch ups of gel, acrylic or shellac nails
Maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking experienced, warm, caring and dedicated Beauty Therapists or Nail Technicians who are team players and passionate about providing the highest levels of customer care. 3 or more years’ experience working in a professional salon environment is a must.
You must be able to build strong relationships with clients and use excellent customer service and people skills to retain a good client base. You must also be able to manage your treatment times efficiently and build strong knowledge and understanding of our treatments and retail products.
PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent for the Beauty Therapist role and NVQ Level 2 qualified or equivalent for the Nail Technician role
- Capable of being both friendly and professional, and work well within a team
- Extremely good with people and communicate well
- Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to learn new skills and high-end treatments
- Organised and efficient
- Honest and trustworthy
